(COLUMBIA, Ky.) – The Thomas More University women's soccer team allowed a goal in the 71st minute that proved to be the difference in a 1-0 loss at No. 5 Lindsey Wilson on Saturday night (October 5, 2019).

  • Thomas More fell to 7-5 overall and 0-2 in Mid-South Conference play, with both conference losses coming on the road to ranked teams.

  • No. 5 Lindsey Wilson improved to 6-2-1 overall and 2-0 in the MSC.
  • First-year goalkeeper Skylin Yates (Dry Ridge, Ky./Simon Kenton) made six saves in the loss.
  • The two teams were nearly even on shot attempts, with the Blue Raiders holding a narrow 13-11 edge.
  • Olivia Nienaber (Alexandria, Ky./Bishop Brossart) led the Saints attack with five shot attempts.
