Men's Cross Country Wins Division at Evansville Invitational

(EVANSVILLE, Ind.) - The Thomas More University men's cross country team placed firstwith a total of 107 points in the Non-Division I Men's 8K  at the Evansville Invitational.   The Saints finished fifth overall at the invitational.

  • Senior Michael Campbell lead the Saints today, finishing eighth overall with a final time of 26:00.3.
  • Junior Oscar Ramirez came in second for the Saints, finishing 21st overall with a final time of 27:06.8.
  • Senior Ross Klocke rounded out the top-25, coming in with a time of 27:25.2.
  • Sophomore Luke Glenn chased Klocke's tail as he came in four seconds behind with a time of 27:29.5 in 26th place.
  • Senior Ronny Smith trailed Glenn by seconds, finishing less than two seconds apart, with a final time of 27:31.9 in 27th place. 
  • First-year David Roberdeaux placed 39th overall with a final time of 28:39.3.
  • First-year Dylan Spears brought the Saints home with a final time of 29:04.2 finishing in 42 place. 

  • The Saints finish out the season on Nov. 10 when they compete in the NCAA Division III Regional.
