Men's Tennis Heads to Muskingum

(CRESTVEIW HILLS, Ky.) - The Thomas More University men's tennis team travels to Muskingum today for a 5 p.m. match up.

 

  • The Saints are sitting at 1-1 on the season, defeating Franklin in their most recent match.
  • 10 different Saints played in the Franklin match.
  • In singles competition, first-year Ethan Caruso won 6-2, 4-6, 6-0 at No. 1.
  • At No. 2, sophomore Jeffrey Schenk won 6-3, 6-1.
  • Sheldon Preisler was a 6-1, 6-3 winner at No. 4.
  • First-year Jaret Fidler won 6-2, 6-2 at No. 5.
  • In doubles competition, senior Derrick Kwok and sophomore Jared Haught won 8-4 at No. 1.
  • Caruso clinched the match for the Saints with his 6-0 third set win at first singles.

  • Thomas More travels to Berea on Oct. 5 for a 4:30 p.m. match.
