Men's and Women's Track and Field Teams Compete at Bob Shannon Invite

(GRANVILLE, Ohio) - The Thomas More men's and women's track and field teams competed in the Bob Shannon Invitational hosted by Denison University today. The men's team finished in eighth place overall with a final score of 32. The women's team finished in 11th place overall with an overall score of 12.

WOMEN

  • The women's distance medley team placed third with a combined time of 15:22.78. 
  • The women's 4x200-meter relay team finished third with a time of 1:58.23.
  • Milan McNulty placed 13th overall in the 200-meter dash with a time of 29.13.
  • Natalie Kleier placed 12th overall in the 3000-meter run with a final time of 12:01.10.

MEN

  • The men's distance medley team finished in first place with a combined time of 11:06.78.
  • The men's 4x200-meter relay team finished second with a time of 1:35.45.
  • Seven Saints finished in the top-10 in today's meet.
  • TJ Moore finished third in the 200-meter dash with a final time of 23.67.
  • Montez Taylor finished not far behind Moore in 10th place overall in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.86.
  • Andy James came in eighth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.79.
  • Ross Klocke finished with a time of 9:17.05, finishing in seventh place, in the 3000-meter run.
  • Jacob Steinmetz placed fourth in the weight throw, with a distance of 14.67-meters. 
  • Todd Lewis placed ninth in the shot put, with a distance of 13.33-meters. 
  • Zack Osburg placed 10th in the triple jump, with a distance of 11.85-meters. 

  • The Saints compete next in the Dick Small Memorial in Defiance, Ohio on Feb. 8.
