(NORTH PARK, Ill.) – The Thomas More University men's soccer team fell, 3-0, to 12th-ranked North Park University today (Saturday, October 13, 2018) at Holmgren Athletic Complex in North Park, Illinois.

  • North Park took a 1-0 lead in the fifth minute when Joachim Hoff scored unassisted.
  • Hoff scored in the 12th minute off a double assist by Shatil Khoury and Erik Lundeen to increase the lead to 2-0
  • The Vikings extended the lead to 3-0 when Peder Olsen scored unassisted in the 56th minute.

  • Thomas More falls to 4-8-2.
  • The Vikings increase to 11-2.
  • Senior goalkeeper Jeff Paulin (Alexandria, Ky./Bishop Brossart) played all 90 minutes in goal and had five saves.
  • First-year forward Mark McAulay (London, ENGLAND/Tauton) took one shot, which was on-goal.

  • Thomas More returns to action on Thursday (October 18) when it travels to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to play 13th-ranked Carnegie Mellon at 7 p.m.
