Men's Soccer Comes out on Top vs. Otterbein

(WESTERVILLE, Ohio) –The Thomas More men's soccer team took down the nationally ranked Otterbein Cardinals in a Tuesday night match, 1-0. 

 

 

  • The Saints improve their overall record 3-1-1 with the win against the Cardinals.
  • Thomas More led the game in shots (12-11) and corner kicks (8-6).
  • Goalkeeper Jeff Paulin was in the net for all 90-minutes tonight, recording two saves off two shots on goal, and no goals allowed.
  • Ethan Smith recorded the game-high of six shots on the night.
  • Turner had the game-high in shots on goal with two, including three shots in the game.
  • Mark McAulay, Abou Diomande, and Suli Kayed all had a shot in the game. 

 

  • Thomas More completes its three-game road stint, facing Anderson on Sept. 12. The match is scheduled to start at 7:15 pm.
